The \u2018Great Resignation \u2018 has unfolded in the US \u2013 as people make changes in all aspects of life \u2013 including in their jobs \u2013 to manage the new way of life and embrace it as the \u2018new normal\u2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>How should the Leadership team in the organization steer the organization to greater glory and success \u2013 successfully navigating the \u2018great unknowns\u2019 ?
