A large number of organizations are beginning to use online assessments to shortlist candidates especially when they have large scale recruitment. While shortlisting on the basis on score saves time, when it comes to the interview round, recruiters must focus on the detailed report and then decide on interviewing and hiring the candidate. Here is an article that warns against depending on scores alone without referring to the report.
